Our in-house rosé, selected together by Mike and Eric after tasting through countless options — only the one we both loved made the cut.
Sourced from vineyards in the Pays d’Oc along the Mediterranean, where warm southern sun meets cooling coastal breezes, this Grenache Gris grows in limestone-clay soils that lend a subtle mineral tension to the wine.
In the glass: wild strawberry, white peach, pink grapefruit zest, and a touch of crushed watermelon. There’s a faint floral lift — rose petal and citrus blossom — balanced by a saline edge and a clean, stony finish. Dry, textured, and quietly structured, with enough freshness to keep it lively from first sip to last.
Elegant enough for dinner. Easy enough for a Tuesday.
And still just $17.
