A blend of young vines from grand cru Sommerberg (granite terroir) and Pfoeller (limestone terroir). All grapes are harvested by hand. No fining. After pressing, cold settling before fermentation begins. All fermentation is natural. Vinified in foudre.
Here is a Riesling that will have you contemplating texture and terroir above anything else. Granite slopes give way to cooling citrus and crunchy pear.
